Niko Froehlich's workI chose these three photographs of Niko's work because i liked how quiet and peaceful they all seemed. The first picture looks like it has a story behind it and it could be the same man who cycles past everyday and lives a very simple life. Also the lighting in the picture and the colours make it very interesting. The other pictures are very different as they are more dark and lifeless. These two images are more similar. For example, the last picture is quite comforting because it looks like a desolate area and it is composed very well using the rule of thirds and the bleak emptiness of it. The framing is very interesting since you can see the first window in the shop and the red and green are very bright so it makes everything stand out. All these images are taken at a higher level to get a different perspective then how you would normally see it. They are all taken at a side angle so the photographer is consistent with image content.
